help.
Our Estate Sales Service is complete:
- We organize and price the home contents
- Items are staged attractively
- We work with a professional design team to provide professional staging when we feel this will enhance your
sale
- Provide handyman and cleaning services if necessary
- Advertise in a variety of mediums
- Manage and conduct the sale
- Maintain security during the sale
- Remove the remaining items which may be sold at auction, donated to the charity of your choice, taken on consignment, purchased as a final lot buyout, or, in the case of other assorted items, arrange for a hauling and disposal service.
* Janitorial, odor removal, hauling, handyman, complete house clean-out, attic cleaning, hazardous waste disposal, and remediating rodent infestations are separate and apart from the estate or downsizing sale and is done by bid.
We work in homes of all sizes, and take the same care as if it were our own family.
When possible, we consign fine furnishings and accessories from private homes and estates.
